What is your service area?

NEG, Karpp, and Trowel Trades Supply offer full service and delivery within a 90-mile radius from our yard locations.

New England Gypsum serves new England clients through its building supply yards in Connecticut (Hartford, Milford), Maine (South Portland), and New Hampshire (Manchester).

Karpp serves commercial and residential customers through its construction materials yards across Massachusetts (Abington, Attleboro, South Boston).

Trowel Trades Supply serves Vermont construction professionals from its yard in Williston.

How are your crews trained?

New England Gypsum, Karpp, and Trowel Trades Supply train and certify all operators in-house to ensure they are prepared to safely deliver materials to your jobsite. We hold regular training sessions on safety for all employees, and even offer a safety incentive benefit program for our stockers and warehousemen.

What type of fleet do you have?

Together, fellow GMS companies NE Gypsum, Karpp, and Trowel Trades Supply command a delivery fleet of expertly maintained vehicles, including boom trucks for multi-story projects, flatbed trucks, semi tractors with trailers, portable forklifts, and ¾ ton pickups. In total, the NEG/Karpp/Trowel Trades fleet includes some of the most innovative material handling equipment in New England.

Is there a truck near me?

Our fleet is dispatched from construction yard locations throughout New England. From Connecticut and New Hampshire to Vermont, Massachusetts and Maine, each NEG/Karpp/Trowel Trades yard offers delivery service within a 90-mile radius. So, chances are, yes; we have trucks nearby and ready to assist you.

Do you offer delivery outside of standard business hours?

Yes. If you need commercial construction jobsite delivery in New England, before or after business hours, or on weekends, our crews can do that too. New England Gypsum, Karpp, and Trowel Trades Supply are dedicated to going the extra mile to provide excellent customer service.

What types of commercial deliveries do you provide?

Our expert staff are fully trained for delivery to commercial construction sites across New England (CT, MA, ME, NH, VT). We can deliver your materials using walk ups, walk downs, elevator roll-ins, buck hoists, high-rise cranes, stand-up elevators, boom trucks with over 70’ reach, and four-wheel drive forklifts. Our delivery fleet is modern and well-maintained, with the capacity to deliver your materials when and where you need them.

Do you perform site inspections?

Yes. NEG, Karpp, and Trowel Trades Supply perform pre- and post-delivery inspections of jobsites to check safety, stocking conditions, equipment, and quality control.

Do you deliver to residential sites?

Yes. We can also perform on-site delivery access evaluations.

Can you do a walk up, walk down, or hand up at a residential site?

Yes, for a small additional charge based on the number of flights of stairs above or below ground level, our expert staff can provide this value-added service to residential construction customers across New England.

Can you special order a product for me?

Yes. We can order many specialty products like fry reglet aluminum trim, Armstrong® Axiom ceiling systems, USG™ Comapasso™, Armstrong® Architectural Specialties, FRP panels, and a variety of tools and fasteners. If you need an item that you don’t see at one of our yards or on the website, let us know and we’ll help get it for you.

What types of steel framing do you carry?

We stock 25-gauge to 16-gauge steel framing in a variety of lengths. We also offer full manufacturer support for all technical and engineering aspects of our steel framing and accessories.

Are you OSHA compliant?

Yes. We are committed to full compliance with OSHA and DOT laws and regulations, and we conduct regular jobsite visits to check for crew compliance.

Can I pick up an order myself at a yard?

Absolutely! New England area construction customers can “will call” orders in advance, or they can visit a showroom to speak directly with our expert staff about specific needs. If you don’t see the tool or product you need, we will work with you to special order it.
